Athleisure is all the rage!

Fitness is such an integral part of our lives. Everyone around us seems to be running to get fit or working out at the gym. I’ve become a fitness freak too and undertaken a 60 day fitness challenge (more on that later). So how can we turn our workout clothes into something we can be seen in outside the gym?

Well, fashionistas everywhere have solved our problem! Athleisure is in and is here to stayyy! Wear all your favourite jogger pants for a coffee date or your leggings for a day out with friends and you’ll still be seen as fashionable with zero effort.

There are certain rules you must follow though! Make sure your shoes complement your outfit. White sneakers are all the rage! Even bright hues are being sported with black or grey outfits. Also, make sure that the leggings and hoodie are well fitted and compliment your body and aren’t frayed out.

I, personally love athleisure and wear my leggings and hoodie at any opportunity I get! My favourites like Taylor Swift and Gigi Hadid are always seen with athleisure as their New York go to style.
