Trench coats for the unexpected showers
No matter which part of the world I’m in, London or Bangalore; I’ve been caught unaware with the rain! Today, it was pouring all day and I was warm and toasty in my trench coat. So let’s be better safe than sorry and strike a pose in our trench coats this summer/monsoon like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley(pictured below) in a lovely trench by Burberry.

The burst of colour is just perfect for the summer as neons are all the rage (wait for my next post with lots of neon splashes). Sleek and chic while being prepared for anything, just my type of woman!
If loud colours aren’t your thing then invest in a neutral tan or cream or even white trench which can be paired with all your clothes with ease. I own a dark blue and a cream trench and they have sheltered me from London weather 365 days a year.

Serena Van der Woodsen and Summer Roberts were and still are two of my favourite show characters who have defined style on and off the set. Here, they show us how to style trenchs’ with contrasting bags. It can take the most casual outfit and make it seem like you’ve got your serious face on.
So time to bring out the trenchcoats and grab the spotlight!
